About MeTraining is my true passion. Seeing another person grow and develop from the coaching and support I provide brings me great joy. Implementing innovative changes to enhance another's learning and development is very rewarding and exciting for me.
My most recent project is leading a pilot training program that gives employees choice, ownership, and voice through authentic learning (COVA). The program is being developed using a combination of blended learning models. Collaborating with leadership and departmental staff has helped to propel this project forward. I believe empowering others to be successful in their roles, further strengthens and enriches an organization. This has a profound effect on creating job security and potentially impacting communities positively. Being part of bringing this vision to fruition, gives me purpose in the work I do each day. |
Accomplishments
- Created training program for Financial Aid Counselor position improving employee retention and performance rates
- Upgraded the Financial Aid Advisor training program delivering a concentration on problem solving skill sets and readiness assessments
- Integrated training sessions with OneNote as the new Standard Operating Procedures platform allowing teammates greater accessibility to revisit trainings and view updated policies and procedures
- Restructure plan for Financial Aid Advising team approved increasing inbound call answer rate during staff shortages
